16-5-302. (b) The total amount of bonds issued at any time together with the existing indebtedness of the county shall not exceed the constitutional debt limitations for counties.
18-4-502. Funding indebtedness.
Any county desiring to fund, refund, pay or redeem any of its outstanding indebtedness as provided by W.S. 18-4-501 may call its indebtedness to be redeemed by advertisement for two (2) weeks in the official newspaper of the county. The advertisement shall notify the holders that interest will cease twenty (20) days after the date of notice.
18-4-503. Form of bonds; coupons covering interest.
The bonds specified in W.S. 18-4-501 shall have attached when negotiated semiannual interest coupons covering interest on the bond from the date of issue until paid and shall be signed by the chairman of the board of county commissioners, attested by the county clerk, bear the seal of the board of county commissioners and be countersigned by the county treasurer. The coupons annexed to the bonds shall be signed by the county treasurer. Each coupon shall have a number corresponding with the number of the bond and each bond shall state upon its face the amount for which the same is issued, to whom issued and the date of issue and shall recite that it is issued in conformity with the provisions of W.S. 18-4-501 and 18-4-503 through
