33-3-109(f) and (g), no person shall assume or use the title or designation "certified public accountant" or the abbreviation "CPA" or any other title, designation, words, letters, abbreviation, sign, card or device tending to indicate that the person is a certified public accountant unless the person has received a certificate as a certified public accountant under the provisions of this act or has a practice privilege under W.S. 33-3-116(a).

(b) No organization shall use the title or designation "certified public accountant" or the abbreviation "CPA" or any other title, designation, words, letters, abbreviation, sign, card or device tending to indicate that the organization is composed of certified public accountants unless the organization is registered as a certified public accountant firm under the provisions of this act and the certified public accountant firm holds a permit or is exempt from registration under W.S.
