99-99-401. Well site.
(a) A sum of money not to exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00) is appropriated from the water development account to the department of economic planning and development [economic development and stabilization board], with advice and assistance from the state engineer and the Wyoming water development commission, to develop a potential water well site in the Split Rock Formation, using the existing water filings by the department of economic planning and development [economic development and stabilization board]. The state engineer shall determine the site and dimensions of the potential well field based on best available geologic data.
(b) The department of economic planning and development shall report to the 1982 legislative session and make recommendations concerning future water development on the Split Rock Formation.

99-99-501. Definitions.
(a) As used in this act:
(i) "Commission" means the Wyoming water development commission;
(ii) "Department" means the department of economic planning and development [economic development and stabilization board];
(iii) "District" means a court approved assessment district consisting of the shareholders in the Park Reservoir Company; (iv) "Project" means the reconstruction of Park Reservoir Dam as described in the report submitted by the water development commission entitled "Reconstruction of Park Reservoir Dam";
(v) "Public benefit" means those things including but not limited to fisheries, aesthetics, water quality, recreation and flood control which are enjoyed by the public in general and no specific identifiable group in particular;
(vi) "Water development account" means water development account I;
(vii) "This act" means W.S. 41-2-501 through
