99-99-1001. Creation; use of funds; interest.

(a) The following accounts are created:  (i) Fontenelle reservoir account;

(ii) Buffalo Bill dam account;

(iii) Palisades reservoir account;

(iv) Miscellaneous water investment account;

(v) Keyhole reservoir account;

(vi) High Savery reservoir account;

(vii) Pathfinder modification account;

(viii) Glendo reservoir account;

(ix) Lake DeSmet Reservoir account;

(x) Middle Piney reservoir account.

(b) Any unexpended balance in an account created by subsection (a) of this section shall be invested by the state treasurer and the interest earned shall be credited to the account.

(c) The Wyoming water development commission shall annually review the accounts created by subsection (a) of this section and report to the joint appropriations committee, and to the joint agriculture, state and public lands and water resources interim committee in the report required under W.S.
